How long does the EHS Executive Physical take?
Most EHS Executive Physicals are completed in 2-4 hours. All components of the exam are coordinated and managed by the EHS staff.
How far in advance in do I need to schedule an appointment?
Generally, you can schedule an executive health physical within one to two weeks of your call.
When am I personally responsible for charges?
EHS Corporate Care clients have the option to use our on-site medical services (in substitution of their primary care doctor); however out-of-network fees will apply when it comes to submitting these services to your insurance. You are responsible for the costs of in-person visits or laboratory charges that occur at EHS Corporate Care that are above and beyond the scope of the EHS Executive Physical.
What about "body scans"?
We do not recommend the routine performance of total body scans. If risk factors are present, we will coordinate and schedule advanced testing.
Typically, at an Executive Physical, I get a long summary and I have to figure out my follow-up.
Although a summary of the exam is provided to you, we will coordinate the appropriate follow-up, specialty care, and treatment.
What about specialist visits or other tests recommended based on my EHS Executive Physical?
EHSCC will go to great length to find in-network specialists, radiology testing, and other procedures so you can optimize your existing insurance benefits. We will even make those appointments for you when needed.

How much does an Executive Physical cost?
Costs depend on which screening tests are needed. Discounts are available to companies based on the number of executives who participate in the program. Typical cost for the program is $2,800. This price includes a year of ongoing coordinated care and concierge medical services. Cost can vary based on an individual's choices and needs.
Is the Executive Health Program covered by insurance?
Many insurance carriers only cover a small portion of EHS Corporate Care services. There are portions of the Executive Physical Program which are not billable to insurance and are directly billed to the patient or their company. Those services which are billable may be submitted to the insurance company by EHS Corporate Care. Any portion of the service that is not covered by the insurance carrier becomes the responsibility of the patient or their company.
Are corporate discounts available?
Yes. Corporate discounts are based on the number of executives from a company who participate in the Executive Physical Program. Charges for the EHS Executive Physical Program not submitted to insurance are eligible for discounts. Contact us for more information.
Will my primary care physician get the results of my exam?
Results from your EHS Executive Physical can be sent to any physician who is involved in your care. We strongly encourage all clients to have a primary care physician. If you need a primary care physician, you have the option of using your EHS doctor as your primary care practitioner. If you choose this option, out-of-network fees will apply when in-office visits and services occur.
